Common questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. Not for the free preview, not for the paid conversion. You upload, pay if you want the full file, and download. That's it.
Is this a subscription?
No. $1.99 is a one-time charge for a single statement conversion. You are not enrolled in anything recurring. Each statement you convert is a separate $1.99 transaction.
What counts as one statement?
One bank statement from a single account covering a single period — typically one month. Each conversion supports up to 10 pages and 200 transactions. If you upload a file that exceeds either limit, the tool will let you know and ask you to upload one statement at a time. Multi-statement PDFs (e.g. several months combined into one file) are not supported per conversion.
What if the conversion is wrong?
Email support@convertbankstatement.online within 7 days with your order ID. If the conversion failed or produced clearly inaccurate results, we'll issue a full refund. See our Terms for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Lemon Squeezy. We do not handle your card details directly.
Will there be a monthly plan?
We're considering a volume plan for accountants and bookkeepers who process many statements. If you'd be interested, email us at support@convertbankstatement.online and we'll let you know when it's available.
